The GOODList Platform

In close collaboration with The GOODList, we developed a platform for hiring and inspiring a global community of around 10,000 creatives.

Our goal was to create a solution that not only showcased the visual quality of the talent but also reflected The GOODList's brand values in every interaction. The platform's technology was designed to be flexible, adapting to the company's size while providing robust yet affordable backend capabilities to support their specific needs.

Background

The GOODList began as a non-profit initiative during the pandemic, aiming to support creative freelancers in finding meaningful work. As the community rapidly grew, The GOODList evolved into a global network of over 10,000 creatives.

With a forward-thinking approach, The GOODList set out to build a platform that not only showcases talent but also connects clients and hiring managers with unique creative profiles.

The mission of The GOODList is to transform the recruitment industry by promoting diversity in hires, ensuring transparency in the process, and offering affordable recruitment fees. The new website and platform were designed to embody and reflect these values.
